The invention consists of prefabricated elements assembled together to form tiers. The elements are made up of a plane part 1 with or without seat 5. The surface 4 which is reserved for walking on can be given non-slip properties. The seat 5 can be individual as in the version described or have the total width of the element which, by their juxtaposition, would form a continuous bench. A groove or a slope 6 enables rainwater or cleaning water to drain off. Two vertical parts 2 and 3 form the risers. Their height is adapted to the slope requirements and to the visibility constraints. The elements are connected mechanically, and a seal is interposed between them before clamping. They are attached to a load-bearing structure which can be stationary, mobile or dismantleable. <IMAGE>
