PURPOSE:To quantitatively analyze target charged ionic species in a liquid to be measured in a short period of time, by a method wherein, when a predetermined time has elapsed from the time of sampling of the liquid, a predetermined amount of an eluent having a strong eluation power is injected into the flow of an eluting solution. CONSTITUTION:An eluent with a strong eluation power and a liquid to be measured are respectively introduced from connecting ports 74, 84 to fill up measuring pipes 77, 87 and are then led out from respective connecting ports 75, 85. Under this state, an injector 8 is driven, and the liquid in the measuring pipe 87 is carried by an eluting solution. Target charged ionic species contained in the liquid to be measured are subjected to a predetermined separation by means of a separating column 9. |
