<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the chattering of a spherical body by forming a minute gap by the removal of a coating film on the peripheral surface of a hard rolling body, thus obtaining the minute gap. CONSTITUTION:A coating film 4 formed on the peripheral surface of a hard rolling body 1 is removed by a solvent, and a minute gap 3 is formed between the hard rolling body 1 and the surrounding surface of a synthetic resin molded body 2 by the removal of the film 4. Therefore, the minute gap 3 in a desired micron order nearly corresponding to the thickness of the coating film 4 can be obtained between the hard rolling body 1 and the supporting body 2. Therefore, the supporting surface having high precision corresponding to the surface precision of the coating film 4 is obtained, and the chattering of the spherical body can be prevented.</p> |
