PURPOSE:To provide a polymer compsn. which gives molded products having excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking and good surface profiles, by mixing an emulsion of a polymer of a vinyl monomer with an emulsion of a polymer of an acrylic ester monomer and separating the polymers. CONSTITUTION:A polymer compsn. is obtd. by mixing 20-90wt.% (on a polymer solid basis) emulsion (A) of a polymer of a vinyl monomer, which has a glass transition temp. higher than 20 deg.C, a gel content not higher than 10%, a solubility parameter of 8.0-11.0(cal/cc)<1/2> and a weight-average MW not lower than 1.5X10<5> and lower than 2.0X10<5> (in terms of PS) with 10-80wt.% (on a polymer solid basis) homopolymer or copolymer of an acrylic ester monomer, or emulsion of a copolymer (B) of an acrylic ester with other copolymerizable monomer, said polymer or copolymer having a glass transition temp. not higher than 20 deg.C, a gel content not higher than 70% and a solubility parameter of 8.4-9.8(cal/cc)<1/2>, and then separating the polymers.
