PURPOSE:To easily perform the connection of an outgoing and an incoming calls, by connecting a voice to a terminal to be called or an output relay line after recognizing by an exchange when a connection request destination is inputted in the voice from a call issuing line or a call issuing terminal. CONSTITUTION:When connection is performed via a link (l0), an announce circuit 5 issues indication to input the connection request destination to the call issuing line or the call issuing terminal in the voice, however, when a speech recognition device 7 receives and identifies an inputted voice, the bit of information is sent to a controller 3, and confirmation whether it is a normal connection request destination is performed by the controller 3. When the connection request destination, etc., other than the voice is indicated, the announce device 5 issues the indication to input the normal connection request destination in the voice. Thus, in a case where the normal connection request destination is recognized by an interactive form, the controller 3 sends the bit of information to a memory device 4, and correspondence among the call issuing line or the call issuing terminal 1, the speech recognition device 7, and the information of the connection request destination(for example, the terminal to be called or the output relay line 9) can be obtained.
