PURPOSE:To obtain the titled rubber granules having fine and uniform particle diameter and uniform particle shape, in high efficiency, by dispersing a specific silicone rubber composition in water and contacting the dispersion liquid with a liquid or gas having a specific temperature, thereby curing the composition. CONSTITUTION:(A) A diorganopolysiloxane having >=2 hydroxyl groups bonded to Si in one molecule, (B) an organohydrogen polysiloxane having >=2 H atoms bonded to Si in one molecule and (C) a curing catalyst are mixed with each other at -60-+5 deg.C and the obtained silicone rubber composition is charged into water of 0-50 deg.C and preferably containing a surfactant to obtain an aqueous dispersion containing said composition as a discontinuous phase. The dispersion is made to contact with a liquid (preferably water) or a gas (preferably air) having a temperature higher than that of water (preferably >=50 deg.C) to effect the curing of said composition and produce the objective silicone rubber granules.
