发明名称 METHOD FOR BLOCKING NOZZLE HOLE OF HOLLOW CONTAINER
摘要 PURPOSE:To completely seal a hole, which is made after a blow nozzle is drawn, by a method wherein the nozzle hole left at a portion, out of which the blow nozzle is drawn, is pressingly pinched by an anvil and an ultrasonic horn so as to block the inner surface joint of the nozzle hole with the heat generated by ultrasonic vibration. CONSTITUTION:A hollow container 20 is blow-molded by inserting a blow nozzle 15 in a parison, which is made of multilayer resin and charged between molds 41 and 42. A resin well 43 is provided in the molds so as to receive the resin 20a, which is a part of the parison, at the blow molding. The resin 20a turns into molten state just after the completion of the blow molding. Accordingly, by pressing the resin 20a with pressing bars 45 after the completion of the blow molding and the drawing of the blow nozzle 15 out of the parison, a nozzle hole 21 is squeezed and blocked tentatively. The hollow container 20 is removed from the molds 41 and 42 and the tentatively blocked part is pressingly pinched by an anvil 31 and an ultrasonic horn 32 so as to be given ultrasonic under a certain contact pressure in order to self-generate the heat in the heat resistant resin, which is exposed at the joint, for completely blocking the joint.
