In the formula I, Z denotes an atomic group necessary for forming a 5- or 6-membered heterocycle consisting of a carbon atom, nitrogen atom, oxygen atom, sulfur atom, and selenium atom, the heterocycle includes the condensed heterocycle; M denotes a hydrogen atom, alkali metal atom or ammonium group. The sensitivity is thereby enhanced and the foggins are decreased.
