PURPOSE:To easily perform the comparative observation of a plurality of images even when diagnosis using an ultrasonic Doppler method is performed a plurality of times under different conditions, by mounting a speed correction means having the display levels of speed data preliminarily set thereto corresponding to ultrasonic transmitting frequency and ultrasonic repeating frequency. CONSTITUTION:A speed correcting circuit 9 is composed of a ROM (read only memory) and correction data are stored in the respective addresses of said ROM and, when the ROM receives fo discrimination data (change in ultrasonic transmitting frequency fo), fr discrimination data (change in ultrasonic repeating frequency fr) and correction data (whether a speed is corrected) as addresses, correction is applied to the speed (v) outputted from a CFM 8 on the basis of the correction data of said addresses to obtain a speed v' after correction. A DSC 10 converts the ultrasonic Doppler scanning of the speed v' after correction to TV scanning. |
