<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the processing time of mask data by inverting and programming a part of the data, whose number of the times of mask data generation is larger, out of the binary data to be programmed when the data are programmed and inverting again the data which are obtained with the inversion and programming. CONSTITUTION:When the data read from a memory array M-ARY are programmed, at least a part of the data, whose number of the times of the mask data generation is larger, out of the binary data to be programmed are inverted and programmed. Further, when the data are outputted, the inverted and programmed data are inverted again by data inverting circuits DIC 0 and DIC 1. Thus, since the number of the mask data are reduced, the processing time of the mask data for the portion of the mask data can be shortened.</p> |
