PURPOSE:To discolor the trouble of respective loads or sensors in an early period by counting the noises of the sensors and indicating the same on a table. CONSTITUTION:Only the main motor 4 is first driven and the remaining loads are held turned off when a test mode program starts operating. The main motor is kept driven for the specified time in this state and the numbers of the noises entering the sensors 18-23 are counted during this time. The main motor is stopped when the counted values enter the memory table on a RAM. An OPC motor 5 is then driven and the same operation is carried out. The above- mentioned operations take place sequentially and automatically with the respective loads. The contents of the table are displayed on a display part such as liquid crystal image plane, upon detection of the end of the test mode, so that a service man is capable of deciding the defective point by viewing the display. The deterioration and trouble of the various loads and sensors, etc., which are the source for generation of the noises are thereby discovered in the early period. |
