PURPOSE:To raise the processing speed by printing a paid date stamp on a part of a receipt of a payment form which has been inserted, and sealing a paid stamp thereon. CONSTITUTION:A bill which has been inserted from an insertion port 2 is carried on a carrying path 10 and an OCR head 12 reads the mentioned contents of the bill and checks them. When its contents are normal, a stamp unit 11 affixes a tax office approval stamp in a receipt part, in case its check is normal, and also a necessary charge has been thrown in. Subsequently, a paid day and a received date are printed by a printer unit 13, and each paid and received stamp is affixed by a stamp unit 14. Next, a cutter 9 cuts the bill to three pieces, only the receipt part is sent back, and other two pieces of bill parts are distributed and received in receiving boxes 17, 18 through branch carrying paths 15, 16. |
