PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of the above device by connecting plural pieces of columnar materials vertically to the outer periphery of the water flow generator which is vertically positioned to constitute a frame body, mounting a float to the upper outer side thereof and fixing a bottom plate inserted with a spring-like body between the inner intermediate part of the frame body and the water flow generator. CONSTITUTION:The water around the frame 4 flows from the spacings between the wires of the spring-like body 24 and a communicating hole 25a of a bottom plate 25 and is sucked into a draft ring 5 to generate upward water flow when vanes 2 of the water flow generator 1 roates. The inflow of fishes and dust to the water flow generator 1 is prevented by the bottom plate 25 of the spring-like body 24. The greater part of the upward water flow generated in the ring 5 rises by passing the spacings between intermediate wall bodies 16 and the rise thereof is suppressed by a horizontal press plate 22. The water flow is radially ejected horizontally to form lower fountains and to splash water sprays on the water surface; in addition, the air bubbles are taken into the water and the aeration is executed. Part of the upward water flow in the ring 5 flows out to the upper part of the intermediate wall bodies 26 by passing the communicating hole 16c and is made into upper fountains by a vane body 19a. |
