Set of devices making it possible to relate the performance of a vehicle, as a function of the driver, of the state of the vehicle, of the environment; This assembly is composed of 10 different elements: a) a driving licence on a memory-storable card, b) a memory-stored card reader, sealed onto the dashboard of the vehicle, c) an on-board computer, managing the various data items of the licence card, d) an apparatus producing licence cards, allocated to the prefecture and sub-prefectures of the department issuing the licence cards, e) a numerical display fixed to the rear of the vehicle indicating the maximum authorised speed on roads and motorways, or the category of driving licence, or both at once, f) a distance and speed counter linked to the on-board computer, g) an accessible finger print reader, in proximity to the steering wheel, h) an individual breathalyser, fixed to the dashboard of the vehicle, i) a dispenser of motorway tickets which, in cooperation with the licence card, will indicate the motorway traffic conditions.
