The waterproof diffusion of active matter is designed for exterior and interior surface treatment of porous as well as consistent bases. It is formulated on the basis of aqueous dispersions of synthetic polymers of acrylic acid vinyl chloride esters with a carbon atom number C2 to C8 in radical-acrylic acid alkyl, and on the basis of modification additives consisting of pigments and fillers dispergators, substances making the processing easier, and with rheological properties, of ammonia, preservative agents, organic solvents and substances extending desiccation, antifoaming agents and water. In addition, the matter contains milled mineral fillers, milled talc or mica and pigments. The thixotrope matter may be applied by painting, rolling, dipping or spraying. After the reaction passes, it creates a monolithic, waterproof, dustless cover cohesive with the base, elastic and tough, with good mechanical properties and low diffusion coefficient.
