<p>PURPOSE:To enable alignment adjustment without any use of a grounding tank to cover a switch device by concealing the device from the upper side with the grounding tank after the alignment adjustment of movable and fixed parts, then securing the base of the fixed part to the inside of the grounding tank and removing a stud from the base. CONSTITUTION:Upon completion of the alignment work for three phases of a fixing part 9 and a movable part 5 in a breaking part, nuts 25 on the tips of studs 22 are temporarily tightened and locked with the fixing part 9. Then, a grounding tank 23 is placed from the upper side to cover a switch device and the lower flange 25a thereof is fixed to a bottom plate 7. Thereafter, the base 24 and the collar 27 of the tank 23 are connected and firmly fixed to each other using bolts and studs 28, and nuts 29. Upon completion of fixing a breaking part, nuts 25 temporarily fixing the studs 22 are removed, the studs 22 are turned to be disengaged from the screw holes 22a of a common base 21, and the studs 22 are pulled upward. According to the aforesaid construction, it is possible to align three phases of the fixed and movable parts 9 and 5 of the switch device without using the tank 23 as a cover, and enable the assembly work of the device quickly, easily, accurately and safely.</p> |
