发明名称 GAS NOZZLE DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent gas from being injected at a preheating nozzle when the catalyst reaction gas is being injected by a method wherein a gas flowing port of gas injection hole passes by O-ring for preventing leakage of gas when the nozzle is pulled up most. CONSTITUTION:When not used, gas flowing hole 5a of a casing 5 is closed by a gas sealing O-ring, so that no injection of gas is made at the nozzle 6 is made. Under a preheated condition, the gas is passed through the gas flowing port 5a from the gas tank, passed through the gas injection element 6a from the gas flowing hole 6b, the gas is injected from the nozzle 6 and ignited with an ignitor device to preheat the catalyst. Under a used condition, a sufficient volume of catalyst or the like is preheated and then when the nozzle 6 is pulled up, the gas flowing hole 6b is positioned outside of O-ring for preventing gas leakage and the gas injection from the nozzle 6 is closed. If the cooperated catalyst reaction nozzle is set in such a way as the gas is injected after the gas injection from the nozzle 6 is terminated, the catalyst reaction gas does not generate any flame and thus only the catalyst reaction is started.
