PURPOSE:To facilitate adjustment of extraction time thereby enabling coffee, etc., always having a desired taste, to be extracted promptly and exactly by constituting this out of a bottom-provided cylinder, which is provided with a ventilation port having a plug, and an extracted liquid receiver, which is so constituted as to be capable of mounting and removal through filter paper covering its opening. CONSTITUTION:Filter paper 2 is mounted in an extracted liquid receiver 1, and next a temperature holding adapter 11 is mounted in a bottom-provided cylinder 4, and a bag body 33 wherein a core 12 is installed is installed in the temperature holding adapter 11, and the upper surplus of this bag body 33 is developed to the outside of the upper opening of the bottom-provided cylinder 4 so as to take out the core 12, and a plug 8 is attached to a ventilation port 7. After that, coffee beans are put in the bag body 33 and hot water are poured, and when the pouring is finished, the extracted liquid receiver 1 is put on it so that filter paper 2 may abut on the margin of the upper opening of the bottom-provided cylinder 4, and they are coupled by engaging a male thread 5 at the periphery of the bottom-provided cylinder 4 with the female thread 4 at the inside periphery of the extracted liquid receiver 1, and the top and bottom are inverted, and they are placed on a coffee vessel such as a cup 9, etc. The plug 8 is removed after passage of required time, and the outside air is let flow in between the bag body 33 and the inwall of the bottom-provided cylinder 4 from above, whereby the outside air works on the extracted liquid of coffee inside the bag body 33, and the extracted liquid of coffee is let flow down into the cup 9, etc., through the filter paper 2 and the extracted liquid receiver 1. |
