PURPOSE:To increase operational efficiency, by providing a rotatable concrete distributor having a boom to a middle mast of a tower crane and by guiding the delivery output of a conducting pipe to an aimed spot of concrete placement. CONSTITUTION:A concrete distributor 3 with a long boom 2 is rotatably provided to the fixed part 4 of the distributor of a middle mast 1. A concrete conducting pipe 8 is attached to be freely flexible via a swivel joint in the distributor 3 and the lower end thereof is connected to a concrete pump and also the delivery outlet 9c is forced to follow the movement of the boom 2. The delivery outlet 9c is turned and moved up and downward to the aimed spot for placing concrete to pump up the concrete from the concrete pump installed on the ground or the completed floor. In this way, the efficiency of concrete placement can be increased.
