PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition usable for synthesis of alpha -galactosyl group-containing oligosaccharide and glycoside, having high transition activity, by culturing Pseudomonas fluorescence H-601 strain. CONSTITUTION:Pseudomonas fluorescence H-601 strain is aerobically cultured by using a liquid medium containing a carbon source and nitrogen source preferably at 20-40 deg.C for 2-14 days to give the objective compound. |
