System allowing automatic realization as cash of at least part of the value of a tied-up asset including means for entering data relating to the application for realization and including in particular the date of birth of the owner, means for entering the life expectancy of the said owner during each year of implementation of the system, means for entering the market value of the asset or assets held as surety for a debt, means for issuing the documents, the said documents consisting, on the one hand, of documents certifying the pledging of the asset and, on the other hand, an acknowledgement of debt intended for signing by the owner and due on the date of the latter's death and means for issuing at periodic intervals means of payment such as bills and corresponding to the periodic instalments representing the realization of the asset.
