<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by forming one of wirings for intersecting with each other by a multi-layer wiring structure and placing this wiring on only one side of the other wiring in an intersection part. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of the upper signal wiring 6, and A1 wiring (the lower scanning wiring) 7 is formed so as to intersect with the upper signal wiring 6 through a layer insulation film 10, and on the surface of the lower scanning wiring 7, the A1 wiring (the upper scanning wiring) 8 is formed through an insulation film 11. Accordingly, even if one of the upper and the lower signal wirings 6, 20, or one of the upper and the lower scanning wirings 8, 7 is disconnected, a signal can be supplied by the other of each upper and lower wiring, and the redundancy to the disconnection is attained. Also, a short circuit in the intersection part is limited to a short circuit between the upper signal wiring 6 and the lower scanning wiring 7, therefore, by radiating a laser light from the upper part to the upper signal wiring 6 through the insulation film 11 and the layer insulation film 10, and disconnecting the upper signal wiring 6 in two parts of both ends of the intersection part, the restoration is executed efficiently. In such a way, the reliability is improved.</p> |
