PURPOSE: To reduce the heat transfer from a heater range to the peripheral band toward a contact connection by doping a base range to be thermally insulated with a dissimilar ion. CONSTITUTION: A heating conductor 2 is printed, including a heater lead wire and contact connecting surfaces 3a, 3b, by screen printing on tampon printing on an AL sheet-like substrate 1, for example, 1mm in thickness having a heat insulating range 1a. A doping agent, for example, silicon, is applied onto the range 1a to be insulated on the substrate 1 by means of surface evaporation or by use of thick layer paste, and successively diffused and penetrated at 120 deg.C under argon protecting gas or in vacuum, for example, by 24-hour thermal treatment. In order to print a conductor 2, molybdenum disilicate paste is used. After the conductor 2 on the treated substrate 1 is dried, a second substrate 4 of the same thickness having no print is provided so as not to cover the surfaces 3a, 3b, and sintered at 1600 deg.C for 2 hours in N2 gas containing 10% H2 at 5mm bars. Thus, the heat transfer from a heater range to the peripheral band is reduced toward the contact connection. |
