摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To easily feed the optical fiber unit to a laid duct by force by supplying pressurized liquid to a force feeding device and the conduit on the supply side where the optical fiber unit is supplied in the opposite direction from the travel direction of the optical fiber unit. CONSTITUTION:When the optical fiber unit is fed by the force of the pressurized liquid and laid, the pressurized liquid is supplied to the force feeding device 1 and the conduit 4 on the supply side where the optical fiber unit is supplied in the opposite direction from the travel direction of the optical fiber unit. Namely, the pressurized liquid is made to flow backward to the supply-side conduit 8 of the optical fiber unit and thus buoyancy is generated to reduce the load by the frictional force in the section from the supply side to a driving means greatly. Consequently, this method and device are effective to the force feeding of the optical fiber unit to a conduit with insertion resistance such as a vertical conduit and a conduit including small curves.</p>
