PURPOSE:To execute the cutting work without high skillfulness and to reduce the manufacturing cost by forming the intermediate needle of the straight type, machining the triangular ridge part of this intermediate needle, forming the blade setting surface and composing the blade at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The thread fitting drum part of the intermediate needle 1a is clamped with the vice 12 and the axial line of the needle 1a is arranged almost in the right angle direction against the running direction of the machining material 13. The intermediate needle 1a is rotated about the axial line of needle 1a corresponding to the angle of the blade setting surface 4 to the plane surface of blade 3 set preliminarily. The ridge 8 of the blade surface part 3 is pressed to the machining material 13, this ridge 8 is machined to form the blade setting surface 4, and at the same time, the cutting blade 6 is formed at the edge crossing the blade cutting surface 4 with the plane 5. One side ridge 8 which is the part corresponding to the cutting blade of triangle part is machined to form the blade setting surface 4, the cutting blade 6 is formed on the edge crossing this blade setting surface 4 with the plane 5, then the other ridge 8 is machined to form the blade setting surface 4 and also the cutting blade 6 is formed. The curving work is executed to the intermediate needle 1a composed of the cutting blade 6, and formed to the prescribed curved shape. |
