PURPOSE:To prevent an optical disk from being damaged or the generation of dust by resiliently pressing the hub of an optical disk to disable it from playing by the angularly bent vertexes of disk pressing members when a shutter closes an aperture part. CONSTITUTION:When the shutter 3 opens the aperture part 2a, the disk pressing members 3b hold a case body 2 as shown in Fig.A, so that the members 3b are not contacted with the surface of an optical disk 1. When the aperture part 2a is closed, the members 3b are moved to the center part of the disk 1 as shown in Fig.B. Thereby, the angularly bent vertexes of the members 3b are resiliently contacted with the projected hubs 1a formed on the center part of the disk 1 and press the disk 1 in the opposite directions. Since the members 3b are formed on two shielding films 3a of the shutter 3, the disk 1 is held by the members 3b from both the sides and can no be played. Consequently, the generation of a trouble in recording/reproducing can be prevented. |
