PURPOSE:To improve safety of work by reducing density of cement with atomized water immediately after molding a cement concrete reflecting block, in which glass beads is contaminated, and hardening them, and thereafter, exposing the glass beads surface by brushing. CONSTITUTION:A surface layer 20 made of glass beads, fine aggregate, white cement, color pigment and water and having slump value at 0 is provided on a base layer 10 made of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, cement and water, and press molding is performed to form a concrete flat plate integrally. Immediately after the molding, the atomized liquid is sprayed on the surface of the surface layer 20 to cover the surface of the surface layer 20 with fine particle component 22. After curing and hardening, washing is performed with a brush made of synthetic resin and having a small degree of hardness, and while brushing is performed to remove the thin layer of fine particle component 22. A part of the spherical surface of glass beads 21 of the flat plate surface is thereby exposed evenly to improve reflective ability. |
