PURPOSE:To preclude a failure in access to the nonvolatile memory which is stored with data for the power failure of an automobile control part when, specially, a power supply source for control and a backup power supply which are separated are turned on as to the access device for the nonvolatile memory. CONSTITUTION:This access device for the nonvolatile memory is provided with a data readout delay means 10 which reads data out of the nonvolatile memory 2 with delay of the time interval from the reset signal generation by the backup power source 8 to the reset signal generation by the control power source 7 and a data rereading means 11 which rereads the data out of the nonvolatile memory 2 again when there is the reset signal by the control power supply 7 during the read of the data by the data read control means 10. Consequently, the failure in access to the nonvolatile memory can be prevented regardless of frequent power-ON operation. |
