PURPOSE:To apply a prescribed check to each digital signal processing circuit while plural digital signal processing circuits connected in cascade are in operation. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with plural changeover switches 451, 551, 651 for selecting input side and output side scan path shift registers 421, 521, 621, 422, 522, 622 of plural digital signal processing circuits 110, 210, 310 connected in cascade so as to bypass them and one desired changeover switch (551) among the plural changeover switches is selected to be non-bypass state, the others (451, 651) are brought into the bypass state to check the operating state of the digital signal processing circuit (210) corresponding to the changeover switch in the non-bypass state. |
