MANUFACTURE OF FLOOR BASE

摘要

PURPOSE:To constitution the manufacturing method so that a base rest part of a floor base and a carpet can be integrated simply and firmly and moreover the carpet is not peeled off by using the floor base. CONSTITUTION:A carpet 2 is arranged within a mold 1, molten resin 3 is cast within the mold 1 through the rear side of the carpet 2, a base rest part 4 is formed and the base rest part 4 and carpet 2 are integrated.
