PURPOSE:To enable an energy conversion efficiency to be improved and short- circuiting of an electrode to be reduced by allowing a unit cell to be formed by a lamination compound layer which consists of three layers which are made of each specific coloring matter in a film where a conductive film consists of an organic polymer/metal complex. CONSTITUTION:A conductive film is an organic polymer/metal complex which consists of a mixture of a conjugated polymer which is formed by plasma polymerzation and a metal which is formed by sputtering. The conjugated polymer is formed by plasma polymerization with a conjugate organic monomer as a starting raw material. Gold, silver, copper, iron, tin, chrome, nickel, cobalt, titanium, and these alloys are used as a metal to be sputterd. A unit cell is compound layer where a first layer consisting of perylene coloring mater, a second layer consisting of phthalocyanine coloring matter, and a third layer consisting of quinacridone coloring matter are laminated in sequence from a transparent electrode side toward an opposing electrode side, thus enabling photoelectric conversion to be made efficiently at an interface between the first and second layers. |
