PURPOSE:To speedily inform fault generation and to shorten MTTR by duplexing an alarm control means to control the alarm of an information processor and preventing an alarm function from being stopped by the fault of the alarm control means. CONSTITUTION:When the cause of an alarm is generated at an information processor 2, first and second alarm control means 1 3 and 14 read information recorded in a storing means 12 so as to show which one is an operating side and when the own means is the alarm control means on the operating side, the cause of the alarm is reported. When the fault is generated at the alarm control means on the operating side, an alarm duplex control means 11 changes the alarm control means on a standby side to the operating side according to the information in the storing means 12. Otherwise, when the fault is generated at the alarm control means on the operating side, the alarm control means on the operating side and a line are connected by a line connection switching means. Otherwise, when the fault is generated at the alarm control means on the operating side, the alarm control means on the operating side reports the fault of the other alarm control means. |
