The invention relates to a manual system for putting in place plants with root balls, or in containers, plants with bare roots, bulbs, and tubers, allowing a reduction in the planting time by virtue of elimination of the movements of soil. The system is composed of a tool of the hoe type (2) or any other similar tool opposite which there is a shoe (1) installed at an angle (4) allowing vertical penetration of the shoe (1) into the ground. This shoe (1) exhibits an end in the form of a diamond point (7) equipped with fins (8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4) the function of which is to loosen, move and summarily level the bottom of the planting hole without destroying the walls thereof. The present invention may find an application in the fields of agriculture, horticulture and forestry work. <IMAGE>
