A radiator for waterborne heat comprises a hollow radiator body 10 with opposite end and side edges 11; 12, 13 which are vertical and respectively horizontal in the use position. The radiator body is, in a flat side close to one of the end edges, provided with two openings 14, 15 which are arranged at a mutual distance in the vertical direction and via which the interior of the radiator body 10 communicates with the interior of two connection heads 16, 18 which are supported by the radiator body and are in turn arranged so as to communicate with one another via a connecting pipe 21 extending between them. Each connection head 16, 18 has a first connection pipe piece 19 directed outwards relative to the closely situated end edge 11 and a second connection pipe piece 20 directed outwards relative to the closely situated side edge 13. The ends 22, 23 of the connecting pipe 21 project some way into the associated connection heads 16, 18 and have their outside arranged at a distance from the inside thereof. All the connection pipe pieces 19, 20 are arranged so as to be optionally closable or connectable to supply and return pipes for hot water. The communication between on the one hand each pipe end 22, 23 and on the other hand the first connection pipe piece 19 and opening 14, 15 to the interior of the radiator body 10 of the connection head 16, 18 associated with the pipe end in question is arranged so as to be optionally breakable. <IMAGE> |
