The invention relates to an anti-theft external cover for all motor vehicles. It is made of "Kevlar" fabrics which are resistant to cutting objects. It is closed with the aid of a padlock and chain which passes through various eyelets in order to tighten this cover as much as possible level with the ground over the 4 or 2-wheeler.
