A process is disclosed for regulating the braking pressure in a vehicle braking system equipped with an electronically adjustable brake servo (28). A stored set value (pset) of the braking pressure is continuously associated at the moment of braking to the actual actuating speed (vped) of the braking pedal (10), the real value (pbr) of the braking pressure is measured at said moment in time and compared to the set value, and the brake servo (28) is adjusted depending on the result of the comparison between set and real values.
