PURPOSE:To automatically obtain a slip by filling out only essential items by a user without filling out all fields. CONSTITUTION:A slip field analyzing means 11 analyzes the kind of an unfilled split and analyzes dependency relation by using a field dependency table 15 wherein the dependency relation between slips and entry items are described. An essential field input process means 12 requests the user to fill out the essential fields of the slip obtained by the slip field analyzing means 11. A field value replenishing means 13 estimates and replenishes field values which are not filled out according to the field dependency relation and data stored in a data base 16. |
