In the case of motor vehicle glazing (glass) (1), provided with a frame (2) moulded in situ from polymeric material, the frame (2) is provided, over the regions of its surface (9) intended to come into contact with the window frame (4) of the motor vehicle bodywork, with a soft-look coating (10) made from a two-part polyurethane varnish. The soft-look coating (10) makes it possible to avoid squeaking (grinding) noises which may arise, while the vehicle is driving along, in the case of non-coated frames and which are due to infinitely small sliding movements between parts of the frame (2) and the lacquered surface of the window frame (4).
