The front water lock tongue (6) divides the well tray (1) into inlet and outlet (U) parts. An outflow pipe is connected to the outlet which inserts into the part with a section (8) in which an aperture (9) faces the assembly flange (2). The outflow pipe section is connected to a rear water lock tongue (10) at a distance from the front such tongue. The rear water lock tongue includes a body (20) extending forward to the front water lock tongue and from the floor well bottom to a level with the outflow pipe section aperture, the outlet part being divided into equally sized outlet chambers (21,22) below the aperture.
