<p>A cooling panel structure of an electric furnace is provided to improve the effectiveness of a scrap solution process by preventing the malfunction of a burner in the solution process. A cooling panel structure of an electric furnace comprises an electric furnace body(10), an electric furnace cover(50) and a burner(40). In the electric furnace body, a space part(11) in which a scrap is inserted inside is formed. The electric furnace body is classified into a lower body part(10b) and an upper body part(10a). A brick member(20) is mounted on the inner wall of the lower body part to protect an outer wall. A cooling panel member(30) is mounted on the inner wall of the upper body part to protect the outer wall by circulating cooling water inside. The cover member is coupled to the upper part of the electric furnace body. The cover member covers the opened top of the electric furnace body. The electric furnace cover comprises a plurality of electrical loggings(51) generating the arc heat. The end of the burner is mounted to be protruded inside the space part. The burner generates flame inside the space part.</p> |
