A gold purchasing processing method and a system thereof using a verifying information part presuming gold and gold transaction processor are provided to create commission profit and transaction profit by performing gold purchasing. An information relay unit(1330) receives gold buying/selling request information of gold buying/selling client through the network unit from an information entry server. An information checking unit(1325) confirms the gold buying demand client corresponding to the gold sale request client and confirms the gold sale request client corresponding to the gold buying request client. A gold transaction processor(1320) performs the gold buying/selling transaction between the gold sale request client and the confirmed gold buying demand client.
