A printing system, an ink-jet printer and a printing method are provided to prevent ink from being misted or ink impact position from being crossed and to improve printing accuracy by reducing the influence of the air resistance. A printing system(10) comprises an ink-jet head(102) and a decompression unit(16). The ink-jet head comprises a nozzle. The ink is discharged on a medium from the ink-jet head through the nozzle. The decompression unit reduces the air pressure between the medium and the nozzle of the ink-jet head below the atmospheric pressure. The ink includes one among monomer and oligomer as a main component at least. The ink is hardened with the polymerization of the main component. The saturated vapor pressure of the main component included in the ink is less than 10mmHg.
