An apparatus for measuring and diagnosing a deep part of a human body and a medical diathermy device connected to the same are provided to use a proper contact part in various human body parts by easily separating the contact part from a main body part. A fixing electrode(11) is attached to a deep part of a human body to be diagnosed. A display part(12) displays a measured value or a diagnosis result. A connection part(14) of a diathermy device delivers a diagnosis signal to a medical diathermy device(100), and receives a sensing signal from the medical diathermy device. A storage part stores a software program, a measured result, and various data. A communication port communicates with an external device. A diagnosis signal generating part generates a diagnosis signal according to a control signal. A signal detection part detects a signal sensed by the connection part of the diathermy device or the fixing electrode. A microprocessor controls operations of each element.
