A solder print checking device and a component mounting system are provided to improve precision of a test by matching the test before a reflow process with the test after the reflow process. An ideal soldering position generator(44) generates the ideal soldering position information. The ideal soldering position information shows the position of the soldering on the substrate. An ideal mounting position generator(45) generates the ideal mounting position information. The ideal mounting position information shows the ideal mounting position of the electronic components. An image processor(46) generates the real soldering position information and the mounting expectation position information. An ideal soldering check standard generator(47) generates the ideal soldering check standard information. The ideal soldering check reference information shows the reference check position and/or the reference check range.
