A body valve of a shock absorber is provided to reduce the number of components by using a sealing member vertically moving between an actuating chamber and a reservoir chamber due to pressure difference and opening and closing between the actuating chamber and the reservoir chamber. A body valve of a shock absorber comprises a hollow sheet member, a sealing member(120), and an elastic constraining member(130). The hollow sheet member is installed between an actuating chamber and a reservoir chamber. The sealing member comprises a path(122) which is closed when being contacted with the sheet member. When the sealing member vertically rises due to pressure difference between the actuating chamber and the reservoir chamber, a path of the sealing member is opened. The elastic constraining member is arranged in the upper part of the sealing member. The elastic constraining member elastically restricts the rising of the sheet member.
