A manufacturing method of a spring for a thermal sensor using shape memory alloy is provided to minimize a failure rate by washing the surface of the spring with distilled water, and to minimize malfunction of the spring by preventing swelling of a Ni system component. A manufacturing method of a spring for a thermal sensor using shape memory alloy includes the following steps of: performing heat treatment a raw material of Ti-Ni system shape memory alloy after processing the raw material; stabilizing the spring of heat-treated shape memory alloy at temperature of -5‹C~-30‹C for 30 minutes; moisturizing the spring in a case for 30 minutes; and drying the surface of the spring with distilled water. The temperature of the case is 20‹C. The humidity of the case is 70%.
