PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a destination with a simple operation when transmitting an original image. SOLUTION: A reading part reads an image of a set original. A second reading part simultaneously reads an image of a set business card. A main control part acquires a destination such as a FAX number or a mail address from the image of the business card. The main control part transmits the original image to a terminal device having the acquired FAX number by facsimile or transmits the original image to the terminal device having the acquired mail address by mail.
