PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an armrest provided on a door trim with a side airbag device built in it, capable of favorably maintaining outer appearance performance and side collision performance and restraining manufacturing cost by simplifying a molding die of the armrest. SOLUTION: A pedestal 51 is provided on an inner surface of the armrest 50, a U-shaped machine screw stopping hole 53 is opened and provided on a mounting piece 52 integrated with the pedestal 51, an engaging hole 54 along a rapping direction of a sliding mold 70 is formed on a horizontal part 51b of the pedestal 51, a machine screw 60 is fastened by matching a boss for mounting of a door trim lower 40 with the machine screw stopping hole 53 of the armrest 50, upward floating of the armrest 50 is regulated by engaging an engaging click 45 of the door trim lower 40 with an engaging hole 54 of the pedestal 51 on the armrest 50 and fixing it, the outer appearance performance is improved without making a gap (a) on a mating line of both of them, and the side collision performance is improved by adding the engaging hole 54.
