PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart sufficient rigidity to a knee grip part, when gripping a shroud by knees, by covering its right-left with the shroud by arranging a storage box in front of a seat. SOLUTION: The storage box 7 is arranged in front of the seat, and its right-left are covered with the shroud 33, and an upper part of the shroud 33 is gripped by the knees. The shroud 33 exhausts exhaust air of a radiator 13 from an exhaust air port 60 formed between the shroud 33 and a side cover 34 by arranging a side surface opening 66 in the center. The side surface opening 66 is covered with a separate side cover 34, and the shroud 33 enhances support rigidity of the shroud by being supported by a headlight stay, the storage box 7 and the radiator 13 being a rigid member by engaging projections 72A, 72B and 72C. Particularly, the sufficient rigidity is imparted to the knee grip part of the shroud 33 by supporting the shroud 33 by the storage box 7 by engaging with a side surface of the storage box 7 by the engaging projection 72B.
