PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure, when being used with a shoulder strap alone hung on one shoulder, capable of being used with no discomfort just like a conventional one and surely preventing the slipping-off from the shoulder and securing the stability when being slung over the shoulder. SOLUTION: A bag with the shoulder strap consists of a strap body 10 having both ends 17 and 17 attached to a bag body 50 by sewing or the like, and an auxiliary strap 20 provided superposed on the strap body 10, wherein the auxiliary strap 20 has one end 21 turnably attached to the strap body 10 by a turning mechanism part 30 and the other end 22 having a hook-like hook-and-loop fastener member, or a locking member 25 attachable/detachable with respect to a piled hook-and-loop fastener member, or a locked member 15, provided at the strap body 10. The locking member 25 is formed along the longitudinal direction of the auxiliary strap 2 into a predetermined length, and the locked material 15 is formed along the longitudinal direction of the strap body 10 into a predetermined length.
